In Part 2 of this conversation with one of the most inspiring police educators, we will further explore the challenges of modern police training in the realm of use of force. In particular, the problem of silo and block training and the lack of ongoing train the trainer education are discussed. These themes are very recognizable for the Dutch (IBT) situation. Brian, as always, also has options for how we can still do a little better within the constraints.
